Renée Kaplan
Founder
Renée is an International Master Para-medical Aesthetician with over 30 years of experience. She traveled internationally for over 2 decades as the Institut Esthederm Paris and the Laboratorie Esthederm Paris’s international Technical Director and flourishes in a treatment room, making all guests feel better than when they walked in.
“Making changes with skin, helping my clients’ skin improve, repair, and balance is the reason I love what I do. When I work with clients, my focus is on long-term correction and change with the skin. Although most of my treatments are relaxing and tranquil, my clients know that when they leave me, after the treatment and weeks later… they will continue to see constant improvements. My focus is always to multi-treat. No one has just one problem that needs to be addressed… To correct and repair, I need to be able to work with the functions of the skin to strengthen, revitalize and treat.”

Cassie Ray
Director of Operations
Sticking alongside each other after many years of working together at David Alexander, Cassie helped assist in opening the Renée Kaplan Aesthetics storefront.
Overseeing scheduling, inventory, and product knowledge- she is in charge of marketing, advertising, and working closely with Renée to meet company objectives. Managing social media platforms and conducting events is one of Cassies’ many passions within the industry.
She loves to stay up to date on the latest trends and technology to always keep Renée Kaplan Aesthetics with cutting-edge products and machinery that will provide clients with the most advanced results possible. Going above and beyond to enhance each and every client's experience is always her first priority as many will attest to.
